one piece Elbaf Arc has been a non-stop roller coaster so far. Between the God Valley flashbacks, the emergence of the giant homeworld, and the Knights of God's attack on Elbaf, there were plenty of exciting developments to come. Amidst the hype of recent chapters, missing was Loki, the “Cursed Prince”, a character who would certainly play a big role in the events taking place in Elbaf.
Loki was mentioned briefly in the Whole Cake Island Arc, but didn't receive any attention until Elbaf. What we've seen so far makes Loki one of the most interesting characters. one piece A character that stands out in recent memory. With his tragic past, terrible reputation, and possibly the key to unlocking the mystery of what happened to his father all those years ago, there's a lot about Loki that Oda hasn't yet revealed. But this is what we know.
He idolized the rock.
The legendary pirate made a lasting impression on young Loki.
As part of the Rocks/Harald flashbacks seen throughout the Elbaf Arc, readers see young Loki interacting with the legendary captain of the Rocks Pirates. The first meeting did not go well for Loki, who underestimated the Rocks' power and was easily defeated by the Rocks.
Instead of holding a grudge, Loki came to respect Rox and his ambition to become king of the world. Already isolated, Loki became even more frustrated after meeting Rox, and lamented the fact that he was too young to join his comrades.
Loki's feelings for Lola
Even Loki has a weakness when it comes to love.
From what we've seen of Loki so far, you wouldn't think he'd be a very romantic person. But I think even people with rough edges have a soft side, just like Loki has a soft side.
One of the first things we learn about Loki is that he was once engaged to Big Mom's 23rd daughter, Lola. Big Mom tried to use the engagement to mend her rocky relationship with the giant, but from what we know, Loki truly cared for Lola. You can imagine how heartbroken he was when she called off their engagement.
Loki is a true prodigy
But it's still not at the level of Shanks or other powerful characters.
We haven't seen much of him in action since he was trapped in the Underworld of Elbaf, but we know that Loki is a force to be reckoned with. From flashbacks and his reputation alone, it's clear that Loki is an incredibly powerful giant.
We know he was defeated by Shanks in the past, and his encounters with Shamrock and Gunko ended in defeat (although he was stopped and it wasn't a fair fight). However, we can assure you that Loki is one of the most powerful giants in Elbaf and will be a very difficult opponent to take down. Now that he's injured, I don't think Loki can 100% fight against the Knights of God. Still, considering they tried to recruit him before deciding to eliminate him, you can tell he'll be ready to fight when he's ready for action.
He ate the legendary devil fruit
This mysterious force could be a game changer
The circumstances surrounding this incident still remain a mystery, but we do know that Loki ate an unknown devil fruit. It is a legendary devil fruit passed down to the Elbaf royal family, but not much is known about it yet.
Much of this has to do with the murder of King Harald 14 years earlier. Because it's still a mystery, we don't know what the Devil Fruit is, what its powers are, or why Loki ate it. But we can be confident that whatever their abilities, they will make for interesting matchups in the future.
He has the blood of ancient giants
Rare among giants
Like his father, Loki has the blood of ancient giants flowing through him, symbolized by his long, protruding horns. Loki's half-brother by the same father, Hajrudin, did not inherit the bloodline of the ancient giants, a trait that would be difficult to pass on unless both parents possessed the bloodline.
Loki's ancient giant blood allowed him to grow larger than most giants, and his fearsome size and appearance came from this genetic trait.

What is the secret behind Loki's eyes?
The first thing you notice when you look at Loki is the bandage covering his eyes. Although it adds to his menacing appearance, the reason Loki wears bandages is truly tragic. Loki was born with anxious eyes, black sclera, and unusual pupils. His mother was so shocked by his appearance that she ordered him to be killed on first sight, and when her servants refused to kill her newborn child, she threw him into the underworld.
Knowing Oda, these unusual characteristics signify something special about Loki that we are not yet aware of. Maybe it's a foreshadowing of what his Devil Fruit powers will be, or maybe it's just a way to help us understand why Loki grew up feeling so lonely.
Loki is not what he seems
Loki's reputation may not have been earned.
The early part of the Elbaf Arc actually tries to inform readers that Loki is a villain. With titles like “The Damned Prince” and “The Shame of Elbaf,” Loki, who claims he will “end the world,” is accused and imprisoned for the murder of his father, making him more of an enemy than a potential Straw Hat ally.
But we've already gotten a hint that we and the Elbaf people aren't showing the full picture about Loki. Based on what we see in the flashbacks to Harald's death, it's likely that Loki was forced to put down his father after falling victim to the Domi Reversi of Imu. If so, it only adds to the tragedy in Loki's life.
