Battlefield 6 Season 1 launches on October 28th, and after some real time with the new additions coming down the pipe, it's clear that DICE and Battlefield Studios are excited about the new Arsenal additions. Phase 1 of the three-part first season, called Rogue Ops, adds three new weapons for players to play with, and while each weapon has its advantages, one of them will make scout players very happy. A new sniper rifle is coming Battlefield 6 Season 1 is on track to become the best in the game.
tribute to Battlefield 4The fastest bolt-action rifle, the Scout Elite, the Mini Scout Sniper Rifle is a much faster, smaller weapon that offers just the right survivability for scouts looking to inflict some damage to the enemy's backline. Considering that the actual map size is small, Battlefield 6It could be stronger. But that's just one of the reasons why this weapon looks set to be a big win when it launches with Season 1.
The best new sniper rifle is coming to Battlefield 6
What's important is Battlefield 6 One thing players will notice when using the Mini Scout Sniper is that it is fast in every sense of the word. It chambers and reloads quickly, has a fast aim down target, and is more maneuverable than other rifles in its class. In theory, that speed comes at the expense of shooting speed and damage, but in practice, that deal is completely negated for a few reasons.
Firstly, these lower damage numbers do not apply to headshot damage, or at least they did not in the Season 1 preview event. Two new maps have been added. Battlefield 6 Season 1 is big, and by far the biggest, but at all ranges, Mini Scout snipers were able to get single headshots thanks to the same 1.75x headshot multiplier as all other snipers. Moreover, considering the goals of most shooters, battlefield Since the game is about getting headshots, the difference in damage from the occasional body shot is completely negligible.
The Mini Scout has many more advantages.
Another issue with the Mini Scout is bullet speed, but in practice that's not an issue at all. The base muzzle velocity is 880 meters per second, which may seem slow in a vacuum, but is actually the second fastest in the game, behind the M2010 ESR. Battlefield 6is the default sniper. If you throw an extended barrel, muzzle velocity is not an issue.
It also has stronger recoil, a 10-round magazine, and a faster rate of fire than any sniper in the game so far. There is so much to like about this shooter. It's faster, lighter, deadlier, and more effective for scout players who want to get up close. As for the weapon itself, it actually only has its advantages; Battlefield 6 Players eagerly awaiting the release of Season 1 should take note. That doesn't mean Season 1 won't be troublesome in other ways.
Unknown Variables Surrounding Mini Scouts in Battlefield 6
An important factor in the acceptance of these new weapons will be how they are placed in the player's hands. In our playtests, we used a gun that had all of its attachments readily available, but it's highly unlikely that you'd be able to use it easily on day one with no strings attached. This is generally a good thing, but unlocking weapons is Battlefield 6 As anyone who has tried to unlock a PSR already knows, it's not a walk in the park.
Battlefield 6 has already received quite a bit of criticism for the way it handles weapon and gear unlocks and the length of its challenges, so Mini Scout may fall victim to the same perceived issues. New features have blurred the lines further. Battlefield 6 Season Battle Pass. Although it hasn't been fully revealed yet, it will likely contain some or all of the blueprints that can be used on the weapon.
Season 1's new choice-based battle pass may have the actual default weapon unlocked from the start, which isn't unusual when it comes to battle passes in other similar games.
Mini Scout is sure to be the next meta choice for scout players
Ultimately, the unanswered question of how the Mini Scout is unlocked probably won't be enough to slow the new weapon's momentum. sniper weapon class Battlefield 6 There's no shortage of options, so any news of new additions is good news. It also doesn't hurt that this particular addition looks like it will be class-leading, at least for the foreseeable future.
