Bakugo is a character who may seem one-dimensional at first. My Hero AcademiaBut as the series progressed, it really grew and developed. This incredible character growth has made him a fan favorite, making him one of the series' most popular characters.
Bakugou has had many good moments with bad people. His first few impressions weren't great, but he eventually had some of his most memorable moments. My Hero Academia. This will always stand out as his most amazing achievement in the series.
Sports competition championship
The UA Sports Festival arc did a great job of showing off what the main cast was capable of, with characters like Deku, Uraraka, Shoto, and Bakugo benefiting from the arc. The person who came out looking the best was Bakugo.
He constantly showed off creative ways to use his powers, showing just how advanced he was in using his powers at the time. After identifying his weakness, he defeated Shotoy and won the championship. He still wasn't satisfied with the results, but it was one of the first signs of Bakugo's incredible potential.
Coming up big against Class 1-B.
The joint training arc showed us much of what Class 1-A and Class 1-B have to offer. In addition to once again demonstrating his strength, Bakugo's abilities as a leader and teammate shined here.
Bakugo went completely against his perception of himself at the time by coming up with a plan that would put him, Jiro, Sero, and Sato in a good position to overwhelm the opposing Class 1-B team. Not only was this another great example of Bakugo's quirky skills, but it also showed how much he had grown throughout the series.
Confronting a villain during a USJ incident
The villain's unexpected attack on the simulation joint occurs early in the series, and many of Class 1-A don't have much experience to rely on when faced with a terrifying, real-life threat. Many students came forward, and Bakugou threw himself straight into the center of the conflict.
Despite not having the power or know-how to deal with Kurogiri, Bakugou and Eijiro are transported and ambushed by several villains. Despite being young and inexperienced, the duo is able to handle business, with Bakugo easily surpassing the older and more experienced villain.
Leading the charge to bring Deku back
This is another great moment that shows how Bakugou becomes stronger and more mature as the series progresses. While everyone in Class 1-A tries to bring Deku back to UA during the Dark Hero arc, Bakugo is right there leading the charge.
Thanks to their combined powers, the group is able to tire Deku out and get to him. During the battle, Bakugo was able to show off how strong he had become while also testing his strategic skills. The entire ordeal not only solidified Bakugo as one of the best fighters in Class 1-A, but also showed off his incredible growth.
One for all
Although that didn't happen in the series, Bakugo did utilize One For All briefly in the drama. Heroes Risingmovie. During his battle with Nine, Deku shared his abilities with his childhood friend, giving Bakugo tremendous strength.
The result was that the two combined for a devastating attack. Even though it was only temporary, Bakugo was at his best here and seeing him and Deku utilize One For All was really cool.
Protect Deku from Shigaraki
The battle with Shigaraki during the raid on Jaku Hospital took its toll on many heroes, including Deku and Bakugo. We saw Deku and Bakugo hold their own in this fight, but Bakugo's best moment came when he saved Deku from a potentially fatal attack from Shigaraki during the fight.
Bakugou was stabbed and suffered serious injuries, but was still able to pull through thanks to his strength. Not only did he stop the attack and make a full recovery, but his selfless attitude showed what a great hero he could be.
Knock them all down for one
Not many people expected Bakugou to continue taking takeaways. My Hero Academia It's a very bad thing, but he did it. While it became clear that Deku and Shigaraki's fates were tied, Bakugo eventually took on All For One and removed the evil threat from the world.
Not only had he just come back from the brink of death, but an already exhausted and battered Bakugo ended up doing what so many heroes before him had failed to do, including his idol All Might. It's a satisfying ending to All For One and a very deserved victory for Bakugo.
