For a while we knew that Borderlands 4 would not bring a mini map again in the previous game, but fans still don't like new combat radars and cooldowns.
As expected in the Borderlands game, Borderlands 4 saw a fair share of the debate before being released. There were many other problems, including the price tag and the Big Hullabaloo for the “real fan” immediately, but that the minimap of the previous game would not appear at all in Borderlands 4.
This was confirmed a few months ago by Randy Pitchford, but fans did not prevent them from being angry about it. Now Borderlands 4 is actually coming out, and we all think that criticism will die because we can get a new battle radar. But I don't think so.

They say that they like games so far, but they have to keep open to open maps that they are annoying and the combat radar is not helpful at all. Most of the opinions under the post seem to agree. It seems that multiple players must be provided as an option and the entire UI is “huge downgrade”.
Borderlands 4 provides guidance to emphasize the way to your goal with Echo-4, with no minimaps to provide a general idea for the world and terrain. Some players do not agree most because they are equal to minimaps, and they are strangely cooldown, so they do not agree with them.
Oh, please let me know where to go to have a long -lasting cooldown for a long period of time without having to like the line that appears for 15 seconds.
Gearbox seems to have tried some different ways to get rid of the mini map from Borderlands 4. The player is likely to be used to change. I hope that the minimap will eventually be added to maintain peace.
