Following a season that saw a very diverse lineup of S-Tier builds. Diablo 4 Season 11 will see some classes regress in the meta. Although there will likely still be a solid mix of meta builds. Diablo 4 In Season 11, some of the best Season 10 builds will be lost without Chaos Armor and perks to support them. one of the best classes Diablo 4 Season 11 adds insult to injury with new unique features that are unlikely to reverse Season 10's dominance.
As of now, it's likely that classes like Spiritborn and Rogue will repeat their Season 10 performances in the upcoming seasons. Diablo 4 season. Both of these classes get fantastic new unique items in Path of the Emissary Boots and Pavan of Death's Pants respectively. This will improve an already powerful build option. At the other end of the spectrum are the druids. Not only will Druids not have access to overpowering builds without Chaos talents, but they'll also get perhaps the worst new unique of Season 11.
Diablo 4 Season 11 brings a 180-degree change for Druids.
during Diablo 4 In Season 10, Druids rose to the top of the meta thanks to Kilt of Blackwing Unique and Chaos Perks, which allowed the class to run S-tier Companion Druid builds. Without the Chaos talent, this companion Druid build essentially falls apart as the Ravens are on cooldown again and can't be spammed. While Kilt of Blackwing Unique is still around, without the Savagery Chaos Perk turning Ravens into a core skill, your chances of survival are greatly reduced. New Unique Items for Druids Diablo 4 Season 11 doesn't do anything for the class either and I don't think it's worth using in any build this season.
The Druid's new Khamsin Steppewalkers unique ability is basically useless.

Unique Attribute: Storm skill can be charged by damaging 200-100 enemies. Casting a defensive skill grants you maximum movement speed per charge used and unimpeded for 1 second. Enemies encountered while charging are immobilized for 1 second.

The best part about Druid's Khamsin Steppewalkers is the increased cooldown reduction on Unique. However, its unique properties are not very powerful. Damaging 200-100 enemies with a Storm skill requires a single charge, which provides a 1 second buff when using a defensive skill. There are much better options available for the boots slot for druid players, such as Rakanoth's Wake, which can achieve similar, if not stronger, effects.
Rakanoth's Wake not only increases movement speed and cooldown reduction, but its unique affix allows players to deal AoE fire damage whenever they cast a skill with a cooldown.
Druids are taking a step back after dominating Diablo 4 Season 10.
Compare that to the game-changing personality of Kilt of Blackwing. Diablo 4 In Season 10, the Khamsin Steppewalkers are a fairly disappointing addition. Other classes, like the Spiritborn and Rogue, are adding new gadgets to their kits this season to help make up for their lack of Chaos Armor and Chaos Perks. Meanwhile, Druid risks fading into obscurity in the Season 11 meta without a build option that stands out like its companion Druid in Season 10.
A potential saving grace for druids Diablo 4 Season 11 is a new Divine Gift mechanic that grants power to your build without requiring unique items to take up slots. Essence of Anguish in particular can be a great alternative to Khamsin Steppewalkers, as its Purification ability increases the player's movement speed by 30%. The cooldown reduction on Khamsin Steppewalkers is nice, but without Chaos Armor it's not worth trading for the more powerful uniques.
