Go up the ladder and through the door to get a souvenir for the caretaker, 40 gold, and the Pursuer's Tools outfit.
The next Power Crystal is across the same gap, but you can't reach it due to the wall. There is no similar beam to catch you. But there is power crystal socketso Build a bridge with the crystals you just got. Walk up, grab the crystal, and take it to Bellara. Just take what's in the socket and you're done.
But this is not the end of the quest. Go outside and talk to Bellara and she will tell you. Her younger brother Cyrian, who died in the accident, still blames himself.. This, in turn, sets up one of Bellara's personal arcs that will be revisited throughout Dragon Age: The Veilguard.
The reward for this quest, along with 500 XP, is the Focus, a rare memento that gives Velara +24% healing, reduces cooldowns by 10%, and reduces companion cooldowns by 10 seconds when Velara receives an ability kill.
