With EA Sports FC 25 soon to be released, certain player cards have been released and these cards are highly rated and some may be overpriced. These player cards offer great speed, passing, shooting, dribbling, defense and physical abilities, so choose the card that best suits your play style.

7 Mickey van der Ven

We start with Tottenham defender Micky van de Ven. He received an upgrade over his previous work. The young defender's speed, defensive ability and stamina will allow him to keep up with opponents and increase his tackle win rate.
Although it is a basic card, his starting ratings are pace 88, defense 83, physicality 81, dribbling 71, passing 64, and shooting 47. With his 6ft 4in height and aerial ability, he will be able to intercept dangerous crosses and score a header.
6 Maxence Lacroix

A very affordable option worth considering is Crystal Palace defender Maxence Guy Lacroix. He gets his starting cards at a good rate. The French defender is very fast, which makes his cards special. If you're on a tight budget, you may want to consider his card.
The only advantage of his card is his 88 speed, which he uses to meet opponents and also create aggressive runs if flanked. Now the other card stats that help him are Physical 77, Defense 76, Dribbling 67, Passing 55, and Shooting 41, which are pretty good considering he's a defender.
5 gabriel jesus

Arsenal's lethal striker Gabriel Fernando de Jesus gets a great starter card with an overall rating of 82, which makes him a decent card to have in the squad. Despite receiving a -2 downgrade compared to his rating in the previous split, he still has tremendous dribbling ability and neat finishing, making him one of the best strikers in the game.
Jesus' starter card ratings in FC 25 are 88 for dribbling, 83 for pace, 80 for shooting, 77 for physicality, and 75 for passing. His overall balanced stats allow him to do a lot of damage on the front line. Keep in mind that his cards have fair value, so if you need a striker, he's your best option.
4 Timo Werner

If you need a speedy striker in your lineup, the Timo Werner starter card would be a great choice considering he has the stats of a top striker. The default position on his new card is left midfielder, but he can still play as a striker and his card comes at a bargain price if you're looking to sign him.
Werner's highest stats are pace 91, dribbling 80, and shooting 79. This allows the German player to cause havoc in either primary or secondary positions. His other stats are low, but can be upgraded later through other evolution processes.
3 Diogo Dalot

Diogo Dalot makes a solid full-back as his starting card has great attacking and defensive attributes that allow him to deploy as a right-back or right-midfielder. His card also has some great features, such as great defensive awareness, high work ethic, and a strong physical presence that helps block incoming attacks.
His new Gold Rare Card stats are Pace 85, Dribbling 80, Defense 79, Physicality 79, Passing 77, and Shooting 63. These statistics give him excellent speed, defense, technique and attacking ability on the right flank.
2 Jeremy Doku

A great winger you might want to consider is Jérémy Baffour Doku and considering his outstanding stats, his card price may be too high in the first few weeks. The speedster has great speed along with a quick play style, making him unstoppable when attacking from the left flank.
His highest card stats are pace 92, dribbling 86, passing 73, and shooting 72. His gold playstyle is fast, while his default playstyle is talent, quick steps, and trickster. These statistics would make him one of the best left wingers in the game.
1 Christopher Nkunku

Christopher Nkunku has been downgraded but will still be an excellent attacking midfielder for the first month of play. This skilled player has great speed, dribbling ability and the ability to outrun his opponents and get the ball into the back of the net.
His card rating is 86 for dribbling, 81 for pace, 81 for passing, 81 for shooting, and 5 stars for individual skills. His playing style is three-fold: precise shooting, first touch, flair, incisive passing and technical. You can purchase this card and many more features at an affordable price, and he will perform well in the arena.
