Fortnite's Godzilla crossover is set to be extended this week, with details about what's leaking today.

The leak reveals the Godzilla mythos, which will see players transformed into a life-size version of the monster.

As Godzilla, he is said to be able to attack enemies by stepping on them or firing a beam from his mouth.
Godzilla has been included in Fortnite's current season after a skin modeled after the iconic monster was released via the Battle Pass. However, the film's showing of a much larger and more cinematically accurate Godzilla hinted that more would come from the crossover, and now this week's update has gone live, and Fortnite's dedicated leakers and data miners have discovered what's coming next.
Details about the upcoming Godzilla mythos have been shared by Fortnite leaker Hypex. There's no official confirmation yet, but between the teases and credibility of Hypex and other Fortnite leakers discussing the next part of the Godzilla crossover, it's almost certain that players will be able to transform into the giant version starting this Friday. From the famous movie Lizard.

Everyone says thank you to Hatsune Miku.
According to files found in 33.20 update todayThe mythic weapon, which can be found on the island starting this Friday, will transform players into a giant Godzilla. Epic's teaser posted Monday suggests you'll be as tall as Godzilla in the movie, but it's not entirely clear exactly how tall you'll be. Maybe you'll be tall enough to catch the Battle Bus, but luckily the Battle Bus shouldn't be on the island yet until the transformation occurs.
Details about Fortnite's upcoming Godzilla Mythic have been leaked.
A very large monster is coming to the game this Friday
The teaser shows four players rushing into a rift, with three of them running away. Now there's a life-sized Godzilla in the middle of it all. This means that the rift will be the key to unlocking the Godzilla mythos and can only be used by one player at a time. It would make a lot of sense, but it would be a shame as there would be multiple giant Godzillas fighting each other until only one remains. I didn't realize I needed it until now, when it sounded like a twist on Fortnite.
As for the rest of the leaked details, the power labeled “Beam” tops the list. It's Godzilla's atomic breath, which will probably be one of the most powerful things available to Fortnite players. It may also make you stomp your feet, leaning even further into the belief that this player-controlled Godzilla will be huge and roar. There's a banana throwing ability in the files for Fortnite, which suggests the Kong mythology is coming as well. Maybe we'll end up with a monster fight in Fortnite.
We won't know exactly how the Godzilla mythology will work out until it arrives in Fortnite this Friday, but Fortnite Festival's Hatsune Miku crossover is now live. The world's most famous virtual pop star can be unlocked by purchasing the Music Pass for Season 7, and completing the season before it ends will also unlock an additional Hatsune Miku skin.

Fortnite, which started out as a tower defense game, has become one of the biggest video games of all time. Battle Royale mode dominates pop culture, featuring concerts from megastar musicians and crossovers with just about every brand imaginable, from Marvel to the NFL.
