Brighter Shores: Lost Delivery Quest Requirements

Start the Lost Ship quest on Bright Shore
The first step in The Lost Shipment quest is to talk to Cohen. You can find him at Brannof's Dining Room, located on the west side of Town Square. After talking to Cohen, he will ask you to retrieve the stolen cargo. To track it down, you'll need to talk to Captain Shirker, who can be found on the ship. Talk to Captain Shirker

Combine the message with the Stinky Flounder to create a secret message. Go to the fresh fish shop often on Eel Street and use the item on the fishmonger. Track lost shipment
If you hide behind a tree, a cutscene will play. Once that's done, follow the thief through Willhope Crossing until you reach Monob Row. The thief will enter the door. Please knock on the door and say you are Monobrow Sam.
