How to Find All the Christmas Gifts in the Winter Wonder DLC

Winter Wonder is Team Asobi's sixth free DLC stage. Astrobot. Unlike the previous five games, this one focuses more on exploration and requires players to use almost every power-up and ability in the game to find 15 Christmas gifts. Each gift contains a variety of collectibles, including 7 cameo bots, 4 outfits, and 4 dual speeder skins.

In most cases, Astrobot Players can open gifts in any order they wish. However, Cameo Bots, including the final Cameo Bot, will only appear once the player finds and opens the remaining 14. Some Winter Wonder collectibles make the most sense because they are best collected in a specific order.

To access the Winder Wonder stage, players must crash into the Christmas hat-wearing planet floating on the Galaxy Select screen.

Winter Wonder Costume #1 (Festival Companion)

Players will find a gift at the beginning of the stage that includes a festive companion costume and can unlock Astro-ho-ho! This is a trophy when obtained. The blue symbol to the right of the gifts keeps track of how many gifts the player has opened so far, which can be very useful if they forget their current total.

Winter Wonder Cameo Bot #1 (Rayman)

If players head to the blue balloon equipped with a stopwatch, they can find a chest containing the stopwatch power-up in the Slo-Mo Casino stage. You can use this to ride the floating platform to the ledge behind the turquoise frog statue, where you'll find birds flying around carrying gifts. Using the stopwatch again while the birds are close to the shelf allows the player to grab the wire coming out of the gift and pull it, causing the gift to fall and land next to it. Winter Wonder Costume #2 (Spirit of Vengeance)

If the player continues in the Rayman Cameo Bot, they will soon reach a brown balloon with a monkey on it. Buried beneath the snow here is a circular platform that they must circle around. Doing so will cause the platform to light up, at which point a chest will appear containing the Go Go Archipelago Monkey power-up! The stage appears. Winter Wonder Dual Speeder Skin #1 (Polygon Polychroma)

Back outside, the player must climb back up to where they got the monkey power-up and use the banana to climb up to the other side of the windmill. Here you have to press L2 and R2 to hit the circular disk into the ground. This will clear nearby snow and open a gift containing the Polygon Polychroma Dual Speeder skin.

Winter Wonder Cameo Bot #6 (Miles Morales)

After the player obtains the Polygon Polychroma Dual Speeder skin, a swing bar can pop out of the ground and land on a platform with an igloo. If you punch the snowman inside the igloo, a blue Sky Garden Stage. Place the metal squid on the surface and use it to take you to a floating platform next to the giant Christmas tree. At the top is a gift containing a Miles Morales cameo bot. To open it, the player must use the Blowfish power-up with a pipe coming out of the side.

Winter Wonder Dual Speeder Skin #2 (Urban Dash)

At the beginning of the stage there is a UFO carrying gifts. There are several ways players can obtain this, the simplest of which is to use the stopwatch power-up to stop time while the UFO is near an incline, then jump on it and punch it. Doing so will drop a gift and allow players to obtain the Urban Dash dual speeder skin inside.

Winter Wonder Cameo Bot #2 (Gex)

Not far from where the UFO is flying is a dark green balloon that marks the location of the Elephant Power-Up Box. After obtaining it, the player must find a nearby orange cube and climb onto it using the orange gel held by a small mole-like creature. You can then suck up the orange gel cube to release a gift containing a Cameo Bot based on Gex.

Winter Wonder Dual Speeder Skin #3 (Jolly Holly)

Slap Bang in the center of the stage is a shallow pit filled with sparkling Christmas tree ornaments. Hidden within this pit is a cable that players can pull to reveal a Christmas gift containing the Jolly Holly Dual Speeder skin.

Winter Wonder Cameo Bot #3 (Tomba)

Near the center of the stage is a light blue balloon with a penguin on it. If the player goes down to the well below, they can obtain the Penguin power-up in the Bubbling Under stage, which can be used to breach a nearby destructible wall. On the other side, you have to jump out of the water and open the gold gift. You will then be rewarded with a cameo bot based on Tomba from Whoopee Camp. Tomba! stratagem.

Winter Wonder Dual Speeder Skin #4 (Retro Royal)

To the left of the stage is a light green balloon marking the location of the Frog power-up, which is first seen in the Az-Tech Trail stage. After collecting it, players must swing the red beam and hit giant green blob enemies until they explode. This will reveal a slingshot device. Punching both sides and then pulling them back will take the player to a new island, where they must punch a black box off a ledge to get a chest containing a sponge power-up. After collecting the Retro Royale skin, players must use the blue rotating platforms to return to where they came from. You can now find a chest containing the Cannonball power-up in the Hieroglich Pyramid stage. Jumping into the nearby volcano in ball form will send you flying into the house, where you'll need to use power-ups and black platforms to get onto the roof and down the chimney. Winter Wonder Costume #3 (Horned Adventurer)

If players head to the gold balloon in the center of the stage, they will find another huge pile of sparkly Christmas tree ornaments. Here, using Astro's jet will break the glass underneath the decoration, allowing the player to push down and open a chest containing a mouse power-up in the Downsized Surprise stage. Drop down and go through the nearby tunnel, which will take you to a new area with a bottled ship. Winter Wonder Cameo Bot #5 (Alligator)

Players must use rotating platforms to escape the mouse area. This will lead you to a chest containing the Chicken power-up for the Trapped in Time stage.
