How to unlock fast travel on Ruma Island

To unlock fast travel, players must build a vacation home in the following areas: Ruma Island. But before you can build a cabin, you first need to find the blueprints. Most blueprints in the game can be found in the blueprint shop in town, but you'll need to travel to the forest biome to get them.
