How to Unlock and Build a Summoning Altar
The Summoning Altar is an ancient technology that can be unlocked at level 33. Pal World. After reaching level 33, you can spend 3 Ancient Technology points to unlock the building recipe. The easiest way to earn Ancient Technology points is to defeat Alpha Friends located throughout the Palpagos Islands. After unlocking the Summoning Altar, you will need the following items to build it:

The Summoning Altar is located in the Miscellaneous tab of the Build menu. It is important to consider where you build your altar. You may want to place it on your primary base for convenience, but this is not recommended. Instead, it is recommended to have a separate, dedicated base for summoning and fighting raid bosses. How to obtain the Summoning Altar's Tablet
If you don't have enough tablets to summon the raid boss, you'll need to find tablet fragments. These rare items are often found as rewards in chests scattered throughout dungeons and open world areas, such as wildlife sanctuaries.
For low-level raid bosses like Eclipsed Siren Bellanoir, look for tablet fragments in dungeons in early game areas like Windswept Hills and Sea Breeze Archipelago. For high-level bosses like Twilight Siren Bellanoir Libero, explore dungeons and areas like Mount Obsidian, Desiccated Desert, and Astral Mountains. After defeating Twilight Siren Bellanoir Libero, he will drop a tablet that can summon an even more powerful variant of the same raid boss.
In addition to Belanoir, you can also find a piece of a stone tablet to summon Blazamute Ryu, a raid boss variant of Burning Blazamute. Blazamut Ryu is a dragon/fire friend with access to powerful attacks like Magna Crush and Brawn Impact, and the exclusive Eternal Flame skill that increases fire and lightning attacks by 30%.
