today, one piece The comic focuses on Elbaf Arc, a country of giants. The Straw Hat Pirates finally found Nara after a long wait. It was supposed to be an enjoyable experience for them, but everything changed with the advent of the Holy Knights.
These warriors are the pinnacle of the World Government's massive army. After witnessing their power, it becomes clear that many One Piece characters will need to earn more money if they are to survive in the Final Saga. With that in mind, here are the individuals who would greatly benefit from receiving a new type of Haki or upgrading after Elbaf:

nico robin

Devil Fruit: Hanahana no Mi
Nico Robin is an archaeologist for the Straw Hat Pirates. She has been with her crew for a long time, and has faced many powerful enemies along the way. She is a great fighter, but there are times when her opponents have the upper hand. In such a situation, Robin had to rely on his colleagues.
In the Elbaf arc, Robin tried to stand against Shepherd Sommers, but the latter proved too strong for her. Although Robin has tremendous control over her Devil Fruit, this is not enough to defeat the opponents she will face throughout the remainder of the Final Saga. Robin desperately needs some hockey, so Oda should pull the trigger after the Elbaf arc.
Usopp

Usopp is the crew's sniper and also the weakest member. Oda wants to keep Usopp in his most human state, so he made a note to keep Usopp weaker than the rest of the crew. However, the current version of Usopp is a huge liability in battle.
He hasn't been able to make an impact with his fighting abilities for quite some time. Even in the Wano Country arc, Usopp was overwhelmed by his enemies and was unable to defeat them. This isn't a problem because his friends usually bail him out. However, it would be nice to see him actually use his sniping skills to win a fight or two. Usopp has Observation Haki, but hasn't used it since Dressrosa. I hope Oda gives him Armament Haki or Advanced Observation Haki.

Devil Fruit: Barabaranomie
Buggy is the captain of the Buggy Pirates and the leader of the Cross Guild. Due to numerous misunderstandings, he became a Yonko. Buggy is primarily used as a comic relief character, so it's completely understandable if Oda decides to keep him like this.
However, it's unlikely that Oda will change his approach and make Buggy a bit more powerful. Yonko already has a Devil Fruit, so he needs Haki to become stronger and more respectable.
crocodile
Affiliation: Cross Guild

Devil Fruit: Suna Sunanomi
Crocodiles were the main antagonists of the Alabasta Arc. At the time, he was a member of the Shichibukai, so he enjoyed considerable freedom. Crocodile used his position to plot to overthrow Cobra. But Luffy stopped him. It was shocking to see a Grand Line veteran being beaten by a novice pirate who couldn't even use Haki.
Crocodile possesses the Snasnanomi, a powerful Logia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to create and control sand at will. With that power, he can kill a person within minutes. Crocodile possesses hockey, but his mastery of the ability is not yet known. If he can only use the regular version of Haki for armament and observation, then Oda should give him the advanced version.
smoker

Devil Fruit: Moku Moku no Mi
Smoker is a Marine Lieutenant General who has been chasing Luffy for years. They even follow pirates all the way to the Grand Line. Smoker initially appeared as a dangerous warrior capable of taking down the most notorious criminals, but he suffered a rapid decline.
Although he can use his Devil Fruit proficiently, his Haki doesn't seem to be as good as other elite combatants. Since Smoker has been out of action for a long time, expectations are growing that he will return as a stronger man. When returning to battle, Smoker should have at least an advanced armament Haki. Otherwise he will be overpowered and become a punching bag for his opponents.
Sanji
Affiliation: Straw Hat Pirates
Sanji is a member of the Straw Hat Monster Trio. In other words, he is one of the most powerful characters on the team. His main role is to make sure the Straw Hats don't starve. However, Sanji grew into one of the strongest warriors, capable of fending off almost any type of danger.
Sanji doesn't have a Devil Fruit, but he does have armament and observation Haki. He is skilled in the use of Haki and often combines Haki with his unique fighting style. Unfortunately, Sanji doesn't have access to the advanced version. He also doesn't have Conqueror's Haki. This is a major limiting factor preventing Sanji from growing as a fighter. Hopefully, Oda decides to give Sanji at least an advanced version of Armament and Observation Haki after the Elbaf arc.
