How to bring employees together in a supermarket
To hire employees from Supermarket TogetherFirst, you need to use Franchise Points to unlock employee perks on the Franchise Board. These are experience points for this version of the game, which you earn daily by checking on customers. The game also shows you how many Franchise Points you've earned in an end-of-day report based on your profits when you close a store. There are a total of 12 employee perks that can be obtained using franchise points.
Each employee perk allows you to hire additional employees.
Once you've earned your employee perks, go to the Admin Blackboard in your admin room and switch to the Employees tab. To hire an employee, click the Hire button. You will now see a list of available employees, their overall ratings, and their daily wages.
You can get a new batch of candidates by clicking on the re-registration button.
Clicking on each employee brings up an Employee Statistics window that analyzes their individual area of expertise. You can also give your employees names by filling in the text box below the statistics. Once you find the employee you want, click the Hire button to add them to your payroll.
