Symbol of Severed Fate / Golden Sheet

Best for off-field DPS characters

A character that can inflict high damage without having to go out into the field is one of the most powerful characters in the game. For most cases, such as Xiangling, Yelan, Xingqiu, etc., Emblem of the Severed Fate is more than just the right fit. The ability to boost Elemental Burst DMG based on energy recharge gives the character enough energy to burst every turn without sacrificing damage.

The Gladiator is one of the original sets in Genshin Impact. A simple ability allows sword, claymore, and polearm users to increase their basic attack damage, making it a strong choice for characters like Diluc.

Shimenawa's Reminiscence is probably a better version of Gladiator that also boosts Charged Attack DMG. However, the disadvantage of only being able to use certain weapons has been removed, and it has been replaced with activating the effect by stealing the character's energy.

Best 3-star relic

3-star artifacts are usually better discarded when you find a better option. This is because it can only be leveled up to level 16, giving it much lower stats than a proper 4-star relic. You also get one less die for each four parts you have equipped, which reduces your chances of gaining useful sub-stats.

However, certain sets can still be valuable, especially for characters that don't need a lot of HP or ATK to scale down. Best for Bloom, Hyperbloom and Burgeon

The Gilded Dreams set came with Dendro and Deepwood Memories. Deepwood's RES pieces do not stack, so usually only one party member needs to carry them. So Gilded Dream's ability to significantly increase Elemental Mastery is what it grants to every other member of Dendro's team.
