Fans of The Witcher are clamoring for just about every kind of content. The Witcher 4 is still a while away despite public testing, season 4 of Netflix's The Witcher lost Henry Cavill, and there hasn't been a new book from Andrzej Sapkowski in nearly 11 years. But it looks like that last part may soon change.

How would RPGs have changed by the time The Witcher 4 came out?
Modern classics like Disco Elysium and Baldur's Gate 3 have been released since we last saw The White Wolf. How will The Witcher 4 evolve with the times?
Sapkowski has revealed a new book in The Witcher series titled Rozdroże Kruków, according to Redenian Intelligence (via GamesRadar). Crow's Crossroads/Crossroads or Crow's Crossroads/Crossroads or Crow's Crossroads/Crow. The final translation will be released in English, but in our opinion Crow's Crossing is the best.
The new book in the Witcher series focuses on young Geralt.
“This master of Polish fantasy takes us back to Geralt’s teenage years, when he is just taking his first steps into Witcher skills and must face numerous challenges,” reads about the book. “Armed with two runeblades, he fights monsters, rescues innocent maidens, and aids unfortunate lovers.
“Anytime and anywhere, he tries to follow the unwritten rules he received from his teachers and mentors. As always, there are no disappointments in life. Young idealism sometimes clashes with reality. The story continues. The story never ends…”
The book's cover was also revealed in Nowa Fantastyka magazine, and features a young-looking Geralt fighting a shadow monster perched on a tombstone.
As for The Witcher 4, it looks like Geralt will have a part in the plot, but not a major one. Although we haven't seen anything else about the game, CD Projekt Red has stated that it has made “significant progress” on the game. Considering the studio is working on four other games at the same time, it's likely to take some time. There's also the overall chaos surrounding the initial release of Cyberpunk 2077 to consider.
We've never seen a younger version of Geralt. He is usually depicted as a grumpy, grumpy middle-aged man. Perhaps his teenage version would be a little more joyful and expressive.
