3 course 5th episode Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War It was mainly used as a setup for the season's main event, but it featured cameo appearances from various characters we hadn't seen in a long time and Aizen's destructive combat power was demonstrated for the first time since the dramatic drama. spooky flood
A torrent of creepy-eye monsters ravages Seireitei.
As Yhwach assimilates the Soul King, a torrent of his power pours out of the Soul King's palace through Shakonmaku's hole. The dark, slimy monster takes the form of a creepy eyeball monster that grabs anything that moves with teeth reminiscent of a lamprey. We see various Shinigami fighting against creatures that flock to every corner of Seireitei. Officers such as Ikkaku Madarame and Yumichika Ayasegawa of the 11th Division and Lieutenant Shuhei Hisagi of the 9th Division manage to fight them off, but the number of monsters is so large that it is only a matter of time before they are overpowered. Luckily, 6th Division Captain Byakuya Kuchiki uses Senbonzakura to dispose of a horde of eye monsters, giving the three a chance to catch their breath and regroup with himself, Rukia, Renji, and Soifon. More dark, sticky mess abounds, but then powerful spiritual beings arrive. Sōsuke Aizen is still chained to the chair in Muken, where he was serving his 20,000-year sentence.
I still got it
He may have become stronger in prison
Aizen is quick to say that these creatures are not ones that can be lifted with a sword, but rather must be crushed by the power of spiritual pressure. Rukia and the others are shocked to see Aizen come out of prison and prepare to engage, but Kyoraku is there to explain that he was the one who freed him. Naturally, they all have a lot to say about having to cooperate with an individual who has caused so much damage to Soul Society and, unfortunately, irreversibly changed the lives of many Shinigami, but Kyoraku says otherwise. Don't think it's wrong to fight evil with evil. As more creatures enter Seireitei, Aizen fires his favorite Kido #90. Writing in black (“Black Coffin”) has undergone a dazzling transformation. thousand year blood clot like.
An arc of purple-black electricity appears and Kyōraku tells everyone to take cover before a giant black box appears, unleashing a vicious, destructive shock that fills Shakonmaku's hole and essentially obliterates his eye area. This moment is conveyed by the impact frame of the animation, which does an excellent job of conveying Aizen's incomprehensible power despite being imprisoned for the better part of two years. Despite the incredible display of strength, the restraints used to subdue Aizen actually prove to be a hindrance to him, and for the first time since he began appearing, we see a real change in his expression. thousand year blood clot like. Kurotsuchi arrives with Nemu and praises him about how what he created cannot be broken by Aizen's power. This clearly bothered the former Fifth Captain, because he offered a challenge. “We will see which will come out better, your skills or my spiritual pressure.”
Frenemy?
Let the surviving Quincy help the Reaper.
Aizen and Kurotsuchi's verbal exchange is interrupted when they are hit by a wave of energy coming from Sternritter U – The Underbelly, NaNaNa Najahkoop, who believes that all of Aizen's spiritual pressure has been captured. He fires a fatal beam that hits Aizen in the head and seemingly kills him. Everyone except Najahkoop knew that wasn't the case. Najahkoop is joined by Bazz-B, G – The Glutton Liltotto Lamperd and Z – Zombie Giselle Gewelle. It initially appears to help Najahkoop, but Bazz-B punches him in the chest. Unlike Najahkoop, who remained loyal to Yhwach even after his abandonment, Bazz-B's group did not take kindly to their abandonment and decided to help Shinigami since they now had a common goal.
With this, Kyoraku sends orders throughout the Seireitei to allow officers who are still able to move to the 12th Platoon barracks. From there, spiritual pressure is needed to power the gate that leads directly to the Soul King's Palace. While preparing for this gate, we see cameos from several characters we haven't seen in quite some time, including Visoreds Hiyori Sarugaki, Love Aikawa, Lisa Yadomaru, Hachigen, and more. The episode ends with a walk up to Garganta announcing the return of Grimmjow Jaegerjacquez.
missed opportunity
The dramatic conclusion of the last episode ultimately meant nothing.
There were some great moments here and there, but there were also some missed opportunities. Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War Part 3 Episode 5 was a dramatic conclusion to Ichigo's battle with Uryū, an encounter that ended with the former seriously injured. We don't see either of them until the entire episode ends, and cutting back to the part where Ichigo is okay again after the emotional roller coaster of the previous episode means offscreening the aftermath of the battle, but we get to see just how awesome Orihime's powers are. I know this, but if the outcome of the battle itself was nullified by Orihime's ability to reject the status quo, then seeing the aftermath could be seen as meaningless. As a bridge to what's to come, this episode does what it needs to do and continues the series' incredible run, even if it's not as intense as the previous episodes.
