Nonetheless, the next year looks very promising for fans of the series, as Togashi continues to work on the manga and plans to treat series fans with more chapters than fans could have imagined.

The fans are very sad. Hunter × Hunter Recently went on hiatus. This is not at all uncommon in HxH, and fans know it. Series are often interrupted due to the author's poor health. Nonetheless, the manga delivered 10 chapters this year, from chapter 401 to 410. The last time the series went on hiatus, fans had no idea when the comic would return, and it eventually continued. A gap of two years. But things seem very different this time.

When the manga returns, fans will continue the intensely paced Succession Contest arc that was left on a cliffhanger at the end of chapter 410.

Today, cartoonist Togashi Hunter × Hunterplans to work very hard on the cartoon. In addition to the 10 chapters released this year, Togashi plans to work on at least 50 more chapters.
