However, Oda wanted to remove Big Mom from the story, so he nerfed her once again. This time, Big Mom did not allow her to use the Conqueror's Haki, which allowed the two young pirates to overpower and defeat her.

In comparison, Kaido appeared as a giant monster. Big Mom's defeat was truly tragic and necessary purely for the sake of the plot. Otherwise, she would have completely annihilated the two supernovae. I hope Oda doesn't repeat the same mistake with other characters.
