The Sons of Calydon are a biker faction living in the outer ring of New Eridu, consisting of the leader Caesar King and members Lucy de Montefiore, Piper Wheel, Bernice White, and Reiter. Reiter is the only NPC in this faction so far, Zenless Zone Zero Fans spotted him in the Sons of Calydon cinematic, where he can be found around 6th Street and Lumina Plaza.
